The second most important Green Bay stronghold of the Universitarians. It is strictly used to house the faction members who can't handle the spartan life in the Cofrin Library. It was ceded to the Universitarians once the military left in an odd gesture of cooperation. No one remembers why, only celebrate the anniversary as "Cooperation Day". While the vast majority of the rooms are occupied, a few were designated as armories and storage.
